Things were just out of place. The new admin area in 2.7 is really flexible, so in a way, you can get your panel set up exactly how it suits you. My upgrade was cake, and then I allowed it to auto update some plugins that I hadn't touched in a while, which is really nice. BTW, you currently are getting a cUrl error from CommentLuv.
