I picked her up from the shop Monday evening. It had only been about two weeks since I dropped her off to have the repairs made. In the meantime I was at Disney and then I drove my parents super cool minivan (thanks mom!) but I was sure happy to get the X back and even more pleased to find that minus the bumper stickers she was looking better than before.
The body shop actually did the work in a decent amount of time and the truck would have been back sooner had the insurance company not dragged their feet getting out to inspect it (something that when I talked to them originally they said they wouldn’t need to do…). Once it was inspected and approved for work, Crashmasters took care of her like she was their own. And they did a really good job too.
It looks like I *may* be getting tires for Christmas, which is good as I really need them (as well as an alignment) and I do have a couple of stickers to put back on the new bumper, but I haven’t decided if I’m going to yet. Something in me likes the unspoiled beauty of the new rear end. As a bonus, I now have the official Nissan trailer hitch, where before it was the U-Haul special. w00t!

Looks good man. Doesn’t even apear that you had anything done to it. You should sell it and put in the article new paint and bumper and not recently wrecked.

Hope you’ll have your baby back real soon.
Just out of curiosity, how much do workshop charge for the periodical oil change and stuffs over there? Or do you prefer to DIY?

I got her back last week.
For sake of ease (and the fact that very few places are taking used oil these days) I take it to a place, usually where ever I have a coupon for. I can get the oil changed for around $20 plus tax and fees.
