Needless to say it helps I found a close jeweler with good prices on all kinds of jewelry. I like those “Diamonds Are Forever” commercials… they’re really… romantic I guess you could say. Especially the one where they’re sleeping and the guy puts the diamond necklace on his wife’s neck and the song in the background is, “How can I tell you, that I’m always thinking of you.”
LOL, I’m such a romantic. Speaking of that, 3 year anniversary weekend requires going out to get 3 red roses.
Anyway, While diamonds are nice… I don’t really understand them. Perhaps because it’s not something I grew up with or experienced? But I have always thought that something more unique or sentimental would be more valuable then a diamond.
Has Amy ever told you why exactly she likes them? Or is it more of a … “I like them because you gave them to me.” Type of thing. Sorry for being nosy.

I’m not a huge diamond fan either. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I like diamonds and will gladly accept them–and hope to have at least one on my finger one day–but otherwise, I don’t go crazy for them or anything. No more than I do anything else pretty.
