Despite the fact that I get most of my anime and music online, I don’t use torrents. I got way too many viruses and worms using programs like Napster (back when no one had heard of it) and Limewire. Using a torrent is just too akin to those things and makes me leary of the risk.
But it is good news for the users of them. Faster downloads is like music to anyone’s ears!

Torrents are relatively safe for downloading, and when it comes to downloading large software files torrents rock. Though there’s a new form of file sharing coming out of china soon that might change things again.
