Not Secure Socket Layer, but Sesame Street Live!! Thats right sucker, we took the girls to go see Elmo Makes Music on Saturday night, had front row seats (Bert shook Grace’s hand!!) and rocked the night! It was actually a pretty cool show and the girls (both of them) are at ages where they like the colors, sights and sound at SSL and the music was pretty good too (we bought the cd). It was fun watching both Grace and Emma interact with each other and the characters on stage.

Mose started clapping loudly when they came out the first time and didn’t stop through out the whole show. She pretty much stayed still (which for someone of 18 months, was amazing!) Another first happened that night as well, for the first time in a while, we spent more money on Emma than on Grace. Finally some equality in the world.

I also wanted to share a story of how lonely it is being a parent of youngsters when the rest of the family is older… Grace and I went to lunch with one of my brothers, my sister and her husband the other day. At lunch, they were talking about the 300 which is from what I have heard a good movie. As they were talking, I had to interrupt and inject that I personally thought that Lion King 1 & 1/2 was da bomb (have you seen it?). They all looked at me like I was an alien or something from planet Zardonk. I just shrugged and said we don’t watch adult movies at my house… Isn’t that sad??
