With three dogs, two kids (soon to be three) and a wife that tosses and turns most of the night its almost impossible for me to get a solid nights sleep at home (unless I crash on the couch in the basement). The mattress we used to have, I could feel every toss, bump, move and bounce that amy made on her side of the bed while we were sleeping. If she didn’t sleep, I didn’t sleep. Not any more.

Two years ago, we broke down and invested in a sleep number bed (I’m around a 60 - 65) and it was one of the best investments we’ve made. If I need a little firmer mattress one night and a soft pillowly mattress the next, its easy peasy. I just hit the buttons on the remote for my side of the bed and I’m in sleep heaven. Plus, I cannot feel amy as she tosses and turns all night. Which is nice, the only way I know she isn’t sleeping is when I hear the tv click on and see the glow of the LCD through my eyelids.

Yea, I still have the dogs and kids to contend with when it comes to getting a good nights sleep, but at least I’m comfy when I’m trying to catch 40 winks.

My myspace page is plain. I know its a sad thing. I haven’t done anything with it since creating my myspace account ( http://myspace.com/mcangeli ). My friends have told me I need to give it some “flair” but I just didn’t know how to (since learning myspace is not something high on my priority list…) until I came across pagefetti.

I’ve had chronic lower back forever (or at least it seems that way). I’ve been to the chiropractor, I’ve taken motrin by the bottle full, I’ve tried heat packs and ointments and anything else I could find to help with the pain. I think I might have finally found something good.

Freeze It is a relatively new player on the aches and pain scene and while the odor is similar to other name brand ointments, it seems to work rather well. I rubbed it on the lower back this afternoon and with in seconds it was working its magic (I could tell from the sensations my lower back was feeling) and two hours later it still seems to be working as good as it was at first. It comes in either a gell or a roll on form and at less than ten bucks, its worth it.

Freeze It works as promised and surprisingly didn’t leave a greasy feeling or nasty smell on my hands once I had applied it to the area. I’d use it again in a heart beat and you can bet, the next time I have an ache or a pain, I’m going to FREEZE IT!
