In keeping with last weeks “I’m going to write about a new wordpress plugin every week” statement, here’s another one. One I just came across today and one that has a ton of potential. The guys at younggogetter.com have developed and released the Douche Bag plugin.

Why do you need this plugin? Well, for starters, maybe you want to edit a comment someone left because of what they said, but you feel that would run against your ethics as a blogger (do we have ethics?)? Now you can mark their comment as one made by a douche bag. Of course, you don’t have to use the stock image that comes with the plugin, you could always change it to a pile of sh*t or a thumbs down, or maybe a clown kicking a child. Whatever you use though, you can rest assured that your readers will know you consider that comment/er a douche.

We like watching Dancing with the Stars. I can’t explain why, but recently out of all the reality shows (is it me or have survivor and American Idol outlived their time) its one of the most fun to watch (unless ABC brings back Celebrity Mole!!!). They announced today who the next series of stars would be and while Amy is pulling for Jennie Garth (90210), I can’t help but wonder if I’ll like any of them this time around. I mean, Wayne Newton? Come on, I really don’t want to see him in some of those silly outfits, do you?

On the recommendation of a friend I’m trying out Scribefire. Its a firefox extension that allows posting to a blog from the browser itself without having to log in. Its coo, but as this is the first post from it, we have a lot to try out before we render a final verdict.

Ever come across a website only to slap yourself on the forehead and go “If I only had known about this site sooner?” I have. Several times lately. Most recently when I came across an awesome guide to the Caribbean. Amy and I love the Caribbean. We honeymooned in Jamaica. We took a cruise earlier this summer in the Western Caribbean where we visited Haiti, Jamaica, Grand Cayman and Cozumel (AWESOME SNORKELING in GC and Cozumel!) and we’d love to go back and spend more time on Grand Cayman.

The people were nice, the weather was nice, the snorkeling rocked and there was no sales tax! At all (its where we bought our Olympus stylus 770 for snorkeling). Anywho, if we had known about the Caribbean Guide, we could have planned our excursions a little better when we were off the ship. For instance, did you know that Dunns River Falls is really touristy and if you can find a good local taxi driver in Montego Bay then you can find the better places to go?

We didn’t. At least, not until we got to DRF. It was a little disappointing, however, with the Activities Guide you can plan your Caribbean vacay to the max making sure you havethe best time possible. This is one site I’ve bookmarked for next time.

Its disturbing that people know about this show and I don’t. I think whats more disturbing is that this show as allowed to be made and no one stopped it. Yo Gabba Gabba apparently comes on Nick Jr (Which means that G and E could be watching it with out me knowing!!) and its um, disturbing. Kind of like a drug induced trance or something.

As if that doesn’t scream pothead I don’t know what would. I think I’m disturbed by the talking carrots more than anything in that whole clip. Its all messed up. Of course, whats more messed up is that everyone needs their own dancey dance. Watch Frodo’s eyes as he does the Puppet Master!
