Google Buzz

So my opinion of out side tech support is not very high (it wasn’t to begin with, then I experienced “That computer Chick” and their, well, it must be your web browser, here let me install IE 7 for you, and it dropped even more!). I’m one who only calls tech support when the tips and tricks I find on google don’t work and I’ve tried everything else short of reformating and reinstalling from the start. Amy deals with Geek Squad regularly for her boss and is not impressed with them at all. After reading this its not too hard to see why.

The write up is from a supposed ex-geek squad employee, so you have to wonder how much of it is true, however, it isn’t very hard at all to imagine that most of it is. Has anyone experienced this?
